Global vehicle sales at Toyota Motor Corporation climbed to 822,577 units in January 2026, a 4.68% increase from the same month a year earlier, according to company production and sales figures.
The data shows that the world’s largest automaker continued to rely heavily on overseas demand. Sales outside Japan reached 699,512 vehicles, marking a record high for the month, while domestic sales stood at 123,065 units.
