John Roth, Cadillac’s Vice President, expressed the strategic importance of these new models, stating, “Last year, our sedans experienced their best sales since 2018 and CT5 is Cadillac’s best-selling vehicle, globally.
As V-Series celebrates a record year, the importance of this option for those customers who value performance and power cannot be overstated.” Roth underlined how the CT5-V and CT5-V Blackwing drive the brand’s momentum.
Bold and aggressive design: Exteriors and interiors redefined
Both the CT5-V and CT5-V Blackwing feature a refreshed exterior design, highlighted by a bold and aggressive front fascia. The interiors have been meticulously crafted, emphasizing quality materials and attention to detail. The CT5-V presents a performance-oriented front end, a dramatic fastback profile, and advanced lighting features. Three new colors – Drift Metallic, Deep Space Metallic, and Typhoon Metallic – add to the visual allure. The 33-inch-diagonal LED display with the iconic Cadillac Crest illuminating welcomes drivers with a touch of luxury.
Cutting-edge technology: From Google integration to supercruise
Under the hood, the CT5-V boasts a 3.0TT engine with 360 hp, while the CT5-V Blackwing boasts a formidable 6.2L Supercharged V-8 engine, generating an impressive 668 hp. Both models incorporate Cadillac’s philosophy of “isolated precision,” offering a smooth yet engaging driving experience.
