Embraer rides private jet boom to 103% delivery surge with 61 aircraft in Q2 2025

Brazilian aerospace manufacturer Embraer doubled its aircraft deliveries in the second quarter of 2025, buoyed by strong performance in the private jet segment and steady demand for regional commercial jets.

Between April and June, Embraer delivered 61 aircraft across its commercial, private, and military lines, more than twice the 30 delivered in Q1 and up 30% from Q2 2024. The majority were private jets, with 38 units delivered, including 21 Phenoms and 17 Praetors, reinforcing Embraer’s dominance in the business aviation market.

“Private aviation continues to be our growth engine,” an Embraer spokesperson told Reuters. “We are seeing resilient demand, particularly in the midsize and super-midsize segments.”

The commercial segment saw 19 aircraft delivered, including nine E175s, nine E195-E2s, and one E190-E2 to Mexicana. However, development of the E175-E2 remains paused due to U.S. scope clause restrictions, limiting its potential in the crucial North American market.

Military sales were modest, with four A-29 Super Tucano aircraft delivered, no C-390 Millennium transport planes were sold this quarter. Still, the total deliveries marked a strong performance, setting the stage for Embraer’s target of 85 commercial deliveries in 2025, up from 73 in 2024.
