With over two decades of experience in tech, Dipti has seen firsthand the rapid transformation of the automotive industry, particularly in the integration of AI and software-defined vehicles. Her leadership and expertise are pushing boundaries, making her a pivotal figure in the development of the future of mobility.

“We are at the cusp of a revolution in automotive technology,” Dipti shared in a recent interview. “As cars evolve into software-defined vehicles, the demand for AI-powered solutions is greater than ever. Arm’s technology is already powering 94% of automakers’ newest models, positioning the company as a key player in the industry’s AI-driven transformation. As Dipti explains, the company’s collaboration with NVIDIA on the DRIVE AGX Thor, a groundbreaking AI compute platform, is set to redefine how vehicles operate. This platform will allow for next-gen capabilities like automated driving, driver and passenger monitoring, and more.

The role of software in automotive technology is rapidly expanding, and Dipti is committed to ensuring that Arm remains at the forefront of this change. “The speed of innovation is unprecedented. Automakers must embrace the flexibility and scalability of software to thrive,” she said. With the growing need for AI-powered vehicles, her leadership at Arm is paving the way for safer, smarter, and more efficient automobiles.

Her work is not only transforming the auto industry but is also helping women make their mark in tech. Dipti recently joined the Aston Martin F1 team for International Women’s Day celebrations, discussing the importance of inclusivity in STEM fields.
