G-SHOCK has introduced the Full Metal GMB-2100, the first of its series to boast a luxurious-looking, all-metal construction. The timepiece is offered in three separate references: conventional silver, rose gold, and all-black IP.
The GM-B2100 is a full-metal update from the GM-2100 from 2021, featuring a screw-back casing, bezel, and brand in stainless steel. Its design, particularly the octagonal bezel and dimpled band, pays homage to the original G-SHOCK, which debuted in 1983 and was praised for its streamlined and minimalist appearance.
Technically, the GM-B2100 is extremely shock-resistant and has a depth rating of 200 metres in water. It’s also modernised and fitted for the digital age, with features like Smartphone Link and the high-brightness LED-powered Tough Solar.
The silver version (GM-B2100D-1A) costs $550 USD, while the rose gold IP (GM-B2100GB-5A) and all-black IP (GM-B2100BD-1A) cost $600 USD each. The Full Metal GMB-2100 watch is now available for purchase on G-official SHOCK’s website, both online and in-store.
