Nintendo shares updates on new features of Legend of Zelda game

Nintendo, a Japanese multinational video game company headquartered in Kyoto has shared a preview of the upcoming game, Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, which will be available on the Nintendo Switch.

The preview is 10 minutes long and shows how the game has been updated from the previous game, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, which was released in 2017. One of the new features in the game is the ability to fuse objects together to create stronger weapons and vehicles. Enemies will also use this mechanic to create fused weapons. Another new feature is the ability to recall an elevator stone to access floating islands above Hyrule.

In addition to the preview, Nintendo has announced a special edition Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Nintendo Switch OLED.

The special edition has a gold, black, and gray color scheme with Zelda-themed graphics on the system, Joy-Cons, and dock. There is also a matching Pro Controller and Carrying Case.

The special edition Nintendo Switch OLED will be available on April 28, while the Pro Controller and Carrying Case will be available on May 12. Nintendo Switch OLED costs $360 USD, the Pro Controller costs $75 USD, and the Carrying Case costs $25 USD.
