Riders seeking raw power, refined design, and eco-conscious tech now have a bold new option; the DAB 1αX. Revealed at Milan Design Week 2025, this electric scrambler marks the latest innovation from French manufacturer DAB Motors, now part of the Peugeot Motocycles Groupe.
The 1αX blends rugged dirt bike DNA with minimalist street flair. Built on the award-winning DAB 1α platform, it features off-road-ready upgrades like Pirelli knobby tires, carbon fiber fork guards, and a raised front fender. A matte-black finish and streamlined silhouette give it a futuristic urban edge while paying tribute to its motocross roots.
Underneath its striking design lies serious performance. The 1αX delivers 25.5 kW of peak power and a jaw-dropping 291 lb-ft of torque at the wheel. Its 72V battery provides nearly 100 miles of urban range, and a full charge takes less than 3.5 hours. A Nitro boost button adds a jolt of instant speed when you need it most.
Other premium features include Paioli adjustable suspension, Brembo brakes, regenerative braking, and an Alcantara-upholstered seat. Riders can fully personalize the machine via the DAB Custom Studio — from color palettes to finish materials. Upcycled carbon fiber from Airbus ensures sustainability without compromise.
CEO and lead designer Simon Dabadie calls it “the 1α unfiltered” — a statement of intent for a bike born from trail grit but sculpted for modern streets. With a retail price of €14,900 (approx. $16,350 USD), the 1αX is now available through DAB Motors’ official website.
