Lexus has recently released its latest luxury vehicle, the Lexus LM, which has been dubbed as the “Luxury Mover.” This new automobile is a game-changer for Lexus as it enters the chauffeur-driven passenger experience sector of the market that has been dominated by legendary brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, and Maybach. With this release, Lexus aims to make a statement and compete with the best in the market.

The Lexus LM is not your typical minivan as it is more like a home-from-home on wheels, offering a private jet-meets-penthouse experience to its passengers. The vehicle is designed with a passenger-centric focus, featuring a massive front grille and a swooping rear design. The car’s interior is the real highlight of the LM, with customers having the option to choose between a seven or four-seat layout. The latter is particularly impressive as it offers large, airline-style seats that can be made fully horizontal, providing a luxurious experience to its passengers.

Further, The LM’s interior is equipped with all the modern conveniences that one can find at home or in the office, including a 48-inch HD widescreen monitor, a refrigerator, and smartphone-style control of the cabin environment. It also comes with a bespoke 23-speaker Mark Levinson 3D Surround Sound System and thermal sensors that precisely control and direct heating and ventilation.

The seats counteract head-sway, ensuring that passengers feel level, and clever packaging makes for optimum headroom. Also, active noise control cancels unwanted sounds inside the cabin, while noise-reducing wheels and tyres add to the quiet experience. The four-seat version also has a non-sound-absorbing five-layer headlining that increases sound insulation by 40%.

The Lexus LM is equipped with a 2.5-liter self-charging hybrid engine, and it comes with a whole suite of safety features and driving aids to make the chauffeur’s life easier. While the focus of the car is on its passengers, the exterior is equally imposing, featuring a massive front grille and an elegant, swooping rear design.
