BMW has recently unveiled its latest addition to the EV market, the i7 M70 sedan, which is also its most powerful electric car to date. The i7 M70 features an all-electric powertrain capable of producing 650 hp, delivering a top speed of 155 mph and a 0-60 time of just 3.5 seconds. Moreover, this luxury electric car has an estimated range of 295 miles, making it a true contender in the premium electric vehicle space.
The BMW i7 M70 also boasts an eye-catching exterior design, with black trim, side skirts, and rear diffuser modifications, and the M Performance Professional package includes additional black accents on the rear bumper, rear spoiler, and trim piece between the taillights. Standard features include 21-inch M light-alloy wheels with blue floating-caliper rear brakes and a black high gloss illuminated grille.
To enhance performance, BMW’s M division has tuned the chassis, and performance adaptive air suspension is paired with electronically controlled dampers. Additionally, a new driving mode, Max Range, limits the car’s speed to 56 mph, while DC fast charging allows the car to charge from 10 to 80 percent in just 34 minutes.
Furthermore, the i7 M70 is loaded with the latest technology, such as BMW Operating System 8.5, the latest generation of the infotainment head unit, BMW Curved Display, a Panoramic Sky Lounge LED Roof, and AR-assisted navigation.
The BMW i7 M70 was recently showcased at the Auto Shanghai international motor show. It sets a new standard for electric luxury cars, and is a testament to the progress being made in the EV industry.
