Charles Leclerc of Ferrari, starting alongside Verstappen on the front row, exhibited a strong performance but was eventually outmaneuvered by Pérez, who surged ahead on Lap 4. Despite the intense competition, Verstappen maintained his lead, clinching the victory by a comfortable margin of 13.643 seconds.

Undoubtedly, Verstappen’s recent triumphs underscore two often overlooked aspects of his success: his remarkable conversion rate and his unwavering consistency. Verstappen’s pole position streak before race wins now stretches to an impressive 18 consecutive races, highlighting his sheer dominance in qualifying sessions. Reflecting on the race, Verstappen expressed his elation, stating, “A fantastic weekend for the whole team and also for myself. I feel really good with the car, and it was the same in the race … we had good pace all around.”
