Seyi Makinde, the Governor of Oyo State, handed over the keys to a brand new Toyota Land Cruiser Prado SUV to renowned Nigerian Fuji musician, Akorede Babatunde Okunola, famously known as Saheed Osupa.
The Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Dr. Wasiu Olatunbosun, had the honour of presenting the SUV to Saheed Osupa during a ceremony at the Presidential Lodge in the Government House, Ibadan. He lauded Saheed Osupa’s role as a Culture Ambassador who continues to propagate Yoruba culture through his music, earning acclaim on a global scale.
The presentation was captured in a video posted on Saheed Osupa’s Instagram page, where he expressed his gratitude for the generous gesture. The video showcased the moment Governor Makinde’s representative formally handed over the keys to the luxurious SUV, with Saheed Osupa visibly elated as he sat behind the wheel.
